Wellington Turn Up for Women gives priority to Lesbians

Lesbians and a gay man were given top billing at the second ‘Turn Up For Women’ event held at Parliament in Wellington on  Thursday  8 June.  Marg Curnow from Resist Gender Education spoke on gender ideology in NZ education system and Jan Rivers speech was about being a gender sceptic particularly in relation to gender medicine for children.  They were joined by Speak Up For Women’s spokeswoman Suzanne Levy, Turn up For Women’s Tania Sturt, Lesbian Resistance’s Maree Docherty and Lesbian and Gay Alliance  NZ’s Hamish McGregor.  The videos of the speeches are here.
